The Elna 8300 embroidery machine is specifically designed to allow the seamstress to embroider just about anything, in fact the imagination is the only limitation.  This machine also provides the features seamstresses demand, such as the automated threader, backlit LCD screen, port for USB to easily download new designs and stitches.

With over 100 designs included in the package, this machine supports a wide variety of patterns including alphabetic and numerical characters, flowers, music, animals. In fact just about anything imaginable.  There are also a variety of designs that can be programmed, and later on saved and reused.  Stitches can be measured in millimeters or inches depending on preference.  This machine offers some of the best features for embroidery on a variety of fabrics.

Just put the item you want to embroider in the hoop, choose the design you want to embroider and position it on the bright, LCD screen. You can select a design from card or USB memory stick or select from 100 built-in designs. Then, attach the hoop to the telescoping carriage arm and press the embroidery mode key. You're embroidering! The Elna 8300 even stops and tells you when to change thread colour. Creativity! add the Elna embroidery software and let your imagination and creativity really run wild!

Auto thread cutter trims top and bobbin thread at the push of a button and automatically at the end of each color during a stitch out. Two hoops are included 5.5" x 7.9" or hoop 5" x 4.3". Optional hoops are available from the tiny 2" x 2" free arm hoop up to the giant 9.1" x 7.9" Giga Hoop.

Elna .jef format embroidery designs are easily imported edited and moved to the desired position using the controls on the backlit LCD touch screen. Designs can be saved or imported using the machines USB memory stick connection or via it's memory card slot

For more extensive design editing and creation, the 8300 is compatible with the optional Elna EX Digitizer embroidery software.
