Janome DXL603 Sewing Machine

Ergonomically designed for quilters the Janome DXL603 sewing machine gives you computerised sewing with 60 pre-programmed stitches, plus lots of space for fabric to the right of the needle in fact 17cm is available, a convex front display panel provides a comfortable angle to navigate through stitch choices. The DXL 603 gives you maximum quilting ability with the benefit of computerized power.

The machine has sixty stitches, including six buttonholes which gives you the essential variety for your diverse sewing needs. Also includes all of the features allowing you to sew with precision and confidence. Although it is a portable machine and quite light and easy to carry, It will take heavier fabrics with ease, such as denim and leather. All buttonholes are sewn in one step at the touch of a button, you simply attach the buttonhole foot, pop your button in the back of the foot, pull a tab down and then put your foot on the pedal and watch it create the buttonhole thats perfect to the size of the button you've chosen! Also with this feature you can guarantee that every buttonhole will be accurate and the same as the last.

The Janome DXL603 has a top loading bobbin with clear plastic bobbin cover, this allows you to easily check the amount of thread left on your bobbin, even if your doing a large piece of work. It also gives you easy access to the bobbin, without having to take the free arm storage compartment off the front. The thread cutter, which will cut and holds threads, ready for you to start sewing.

The large LCD display makes it easy to see which stitch you've chosen as well as the stitch width and length, which are fully adjustable. A jam-proof, magnetic, top-loading, full rotary hook system eliminates the need for a removable bobbin case.

The hook cover plate opens at the touch of a button, and the extra needle penetration power of the Janome DXL603 lets you sew across heavier fabrics & multiple layers. Adjustable foot pressure means you can fine tune the feeding to suit your fabric. The extension table also detaches for free-arm sewing. This machine also features a seven piece feed mechanism, a drop feed facility, automatic needle threader, a slide speed control and comes complete with a hard cover to keep machine safe when ot in use.
