A single length of thin white or black hat elastic for a variety of applications that require only a light elasticated tension.

Millinery use, attach hat elastic to school and sun hats to hold them firm. For bridal head wear. Popular for garters, or strengthening cuffs and welts in knitwear, and for gathering soft fabrics on a sleeve/waist. This round elastic is machine washable.
